Paoli was born and raised in Puerto Rico before relocating to Boston at the age of 14. Her commitment to the community began early, taking on leadership roles in a variety of nonprofit organizations in the city.

Recognized as a Posse Scholar, Paoli earned a full-tuition leadership scholarship to Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania. Where she majored in Anthropology with a minor in Growth and Structure of Cities.

After college, Paoli returned to Boston and began her career with the Boston Public Schools, serving in various capacities over the span of a decade and expanding her skills to become a Project Manager.

Inspired by her work with the City of Boston, Paoli founded Sundial Solutions, LLC offering project management services to a diverse group of public and private entities, with the goal of helping clients reclaim their time.
